This is a fabulous community around The Hockaday School in near North Dallas. I have lived and worked here for 25+ years. I am intimately familiar with the area. There is an active, voluntary homeowner’s association, that keeps the neighborhood vibrant and active.
The location is central to North Dallas, providing a reasonable commute to downtown, and locations North of the Interstate 635 Loop.
It is close to all the best private and public schools in Dallas: The Hockaday School, The Greenhill School, Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD), St. Marks School of Texas, Good Shepard Episcopal and many more. The community is also zoned for the highly ranked Withers Elementary school in the Dallas Independent School District.
